Flemington, New Jersey, June 15, 2010- Padtech AS, a Norwegian based company, announces that it has built their first production machine in compliance with all pharmaceutical standards to make TransMits™. The equipment has passed Padtech’s FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and will be arriving in their contract manufacturing facility, located in Flemington, NJ in September 2010.

“Our equipment has been engineered and built to our strict specifications by our partner, FIMTech AS, who specializes in building high speed non-woven machines. We are very excited about starting to make production pads on our new line and to commercialize our technology into the market place,” said Matthew Grimaldi, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, Padtech AS.

PADTECH AS PRESS RELEASE

Flemington, New Jersey, February 15, 2010- Padtech AS, a Norwegian based company, announces that it has signed a ten year lease on a state if the art contract manufacturing facility located in Flemington, NJ where TransMits™ will be made and filled with customer’s actives.

“The 17,000 square foot facility will be built to Padtech’s specifications and will be EMEA, MHRA, HPFB and US FDA compliant. Our contract manufacturing facility will allow us to provide TransMits™ to a variety of markets including Health and Beauty Aids, OTC and Pharmaceutical Rx,” said Matthew Grimaldi, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, Padtech AS.

Oslo, Norway January 5, 2010- Padtech AS, a Norwegian based company, announces that it has secured funding of 5,8 mill USD from private investors and Investinor, a venture capital firm, who is fully owned by Innovation Norway, which is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry.

“This investment has enabled Padtech AS to move forward and build our first production machine and pursue a manufacturing site of our own in Flemington, New Jersey to produce Padtech Transmits by the end of 2010,” said Matthew Grimaldi, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, Padtech AS.
